I have prepared over a dozen theses for submission at several universities. I  can take your thesis and make it stables, give it tables of contents, figures, tables. I can insert various appendices that are in different formats.  As I format, I check for errors, but I don't proof-read generally.  I can do a reference check in APA if you choose.  I can redrawn your figures to professional standards.
